Gran Día de No Fumar (Estados Unidos)
Celebrado anualmente desde 1977, el gran día de no fumar es el tercer jueves de noviembre. Patrocinado por la sociedad americana de cancer, los fumadores son invitados a dejar de fumar por 24 horas. Este día también invita a voluntarios para distribuir información y panfletos para divulgar concientización sobre los efectos que tiene el fumar. El día también incluye reuniones o congresos, eventos y actividades.
