The meaning and significance of legal value, is very important for interpreting orders of Special/Specific Penal Law, -the part of Analysis of General Penal Law- to detail, since with this, we alwaus detect purpose/ratio of penal rule each time, namely what Law-maker wants to protect in each case. (This bit short part, will continue next Part 15, with chapter of book Protection of Personal/Individual Freedom, actually rights in this case.
