You just prepare sauce as following: Three mature tomatoes, blended to juice, small pieces of carrot, two green peppers cut to small pieces, an onion and garlic slice cut to tiny pieces, some persil and mint, also olive oil few teaspoonful, salt and pepper. We first prepare sauce, then we put beans to boil to an extent without sauce, then as soon as both are done, we pour sauce on beans, then put them in a big plate of glass and bake then in oven in up to 180 C, for few minutes. We can also add cheese before baking them.
